Dumbbell shoulders press. 5 sets, reps 20-12.
Dumbbell Front Raises. 4 sets, 20-12 reps.
Dumbbell Lateral Raises. 4 sets 18-10 reps.
Kettlebell Shoulder press. 6 sets 22-10 reps.
Kettlebell Front Raises. 5 sets 20-10 reps.

Kettlebell tricep curls. 4 sets x 20-12
Plate curl (10kg) 5 sets x 16
Kettlebell tricep curls. 4 sets x 15
Tricep bar curls. 4 sets x 8.

Focus more on middle and back delts and less on front one. Those are useless :)
