Of course you have :) :)
Mum is out for the new year so I've been roped into babysitting as she has been let down.
Will you stay awake?
Not for new year no fuck that
By the time they've watched the movie, played with the dogs and chased the pigs around they should be unconscious by 9pm.
You hope

It's going to be a long evening
Apparently there is an app where people buy you drinks online. She is convinced she will get free drinks all night.

Thanksgiving - 1.5/10

Unlikeable characters, predicable plot, obvious killer, non-stop swearing where it just becomes irritating

Yep, sure sounds like an Eli Roth film. Utter shite.

1.5 for the gore being somewhat good and mostly all practical looking

It speaks volumes about the decline of cinema that Barbie is the highest grossing film of 2023. The marketing strategy was clever, but the film itself is completely lacklustre.

It has a severe audience problem, Barbie is a children's toy and yet this is not a children's film. Yet at the same time, it fails to appeal to adults as it's a poorly made and rushed film.

The storyline is very weak with Barbie living her life in Barbieland before transporting to the real world. The dialogue is mind-numbingly bland and everything is as cliche as can be. The scenes drag on for a significant period of time, with jokes that weren't funny to start with being hammered home.

The cast are wasted and do not appear to put in a great amount of effort. A complete missed opportunity here.

The costumes and set design look nice and you can tell that this film had a high budget with it's cinematography, but the actual film is completely insufferable and is one of the worst movies of the millennium.

Popular movie is absolutely shite, hardly a surprise.

I watched the first half of The Poseidon Adventure. Really compelling so far. The set is upside down which is rather disorientating.

It is set on New Year's Eve. Leslie Nielsen captains the ship... odd.
