I can definitely improve gradually but there’s definitely just a natural talent towards it, the quicker your times get the harder it gets to keep beating it as well
Think my goal this year is to run a half marathon, only ran about 4 10ks in my life mainly because I find it boring but if I can get a half marathon done by November time I’ll be buzzing

started trying to get out of high risk territory for a heart attack 4 weeks ago , 20lbs lost so far but i started off fat as fuck.

Was ill for a week a fortnight ago then had a week away with my mates to Norfolk so was on the piss all week, first run back today and it was a shambles felt like i was carrying weights on my legs, finished a 5k in 30:26, first run after a break is always a stinker
