Have you been offered it on a 4 year plan? You would lose your Sky box and you can't record on the Sky glass.
The Aussie version also has pretty rubbish quality TVs, so I assume the UK ones are similar.

I was working for Foxtel when they launched here. There's no contracts, you have to buy the TV outright.
55 inch was $1395 and 65 was $1595. Over Christmas they were selling for $599 and $699 and even at that price I wasn't tempted.
