Have you been offered it on a 4 year plan? You would lose your Sky box and you can't record on the Sky glass.

The Aussie version also has pretty rubbish quality TVs, so I assume the UK ones are similar.

Apparently they are not built to last either so you probably have to pay for a replacement when it dies

In my experience no cheap smart TV is any good after 4 years.
