Look how Jimmy Young beat Foreman.

Foreman's already questionable stamina was made worse by the heat that the Young fight took place in. Not only that, but Foreman arrived late and didn't acclimatise to the heat.

Foreman's power, uppercuts, and body shots would have given Usyk all sorts of issues. Also, while Usyk is excellent in the clinch, he would also not likely drain Foreman in the clinch like Ali did. I can only see Foreman stopping him.

Then again, you probably think Eubank Jr beats Foreman

Neither would be a match for Highfield.

No need to be a prick. I like Foreman, but I think Usyk has a decent chance against him.
For what it’s worth the fighters I believe beat 70s Foreman are Ali
Lewis
Liston
Prime Holmes

Possibles
Usyk
Vitali
Fury ( that beat Wlad )

Foreman absolutely mullers Mike Tyson

Foreman beats Tyson. He would have a great shot against Holmes too. Not sure how to read a fight between him or Vitali.

Ali and Lewis beat him, but he has a decent shot against the latter.

The reason I picked Liston and Holmes was due their jabs being superior to Foreman’s ( whose own jab was excellent) I think Liston stops Foreman whilst Holmes wins a close decision)
I don’t think you give Liston enough credit. He was a sensational fighter and probably the most intimidating fighter ever.

I didn't even mention Liston in my last post you twerp. I'm actually a fan of his.

I pick Foreman over Holmes because of his parries and Holmes not being the clincher than Ali was. Foreman had few issues getting Ali to the ropes, but Ali was able to tie him up and drain his stamina, which was a key reason why he won. I don't see Holmes doing that as effectively.

I think Holmes beats him by fighting on the outside and tiring big George. It is one of the heavyweight fantasy match ups I would like to have seen alongside Lewis v Bowe and Mike Tyson v Frazier.

Peak Lewis beats Peak Bowe imo.

I'm not sure how to call Tyson vs Joe.

I didn’t say he definitely would, but the Fury that beat Wlad would trouble Foreman imo. Legacy wise Fury isn’t as high as Foreman but he was better than you give him credit for.

Agree regarding Lewis. As for Tyson v Frazier. To me stylistically that is the fight I would most liked to have seen were it possible. For me Tyson either wins inside 4 rounds or Frazier wins with a late stoppage.
Frazier 1971 v Tyson 1988 is a pick em for me.
