Think this has come too early for him but the good thing is he can still play Dev Tour and is young enough that he could improve a lot by year 2 of his card.

Don’t get the Dudeney hate, not suggesting he’ll smash the tour or even keep his card first time around, but anyone who can win a Dev Tour title is a decent player

Don’t get the Dudeney hate, not suggesting he’ll smash the tour or even keep his card first time around, but anyone who can win a Dev Tour title is a decent player

“Hate”. His numbers over the course of a season suggest it will likely be a struggle, but of course he’s a decent player.. Bennett for a couple of years before his tour card was averaging low 70s (not even including his match fixing matches) but then on the tour he did seem to step it up and actually played pretty decent.

Maybe Dudeney can do the same but the Tour is a different beast, and If he does fail miserably it doesn’t even matter too much, I mention countless times how Schindler, Aspinall and DVD all lost their cards and bounced back

Amongst the first missions for the new cardos is to crack the top 96 by Feb 19th (after PC4) to earn a bye at the UK Open and guarantee prize money at that.
