Not sure this is the right thread but something that has been bugging me.

My other half was watching the Best exotic hotel Marigold Hotel tonight.
I 've always liked Bill Nighy since I saw him in AWP. But I started noticing this thing he has with his hands.

In AWP I thought it was part of the part he was acting. But since that everything he is in he does the same thing with the two extended fingers.

Any ideas?

He has Dupuytren's contracture. The condition can, depending on its severity, cause contractures of the fingers, most commonly the ring and little fingers

Interesting. I'd seen him many times and had never noticed it. Once someone drew my attention to it it became his one and only feature unfortunately.
