Chris Senior at Wembley. FA trophy final 2011. Best 2 yard header I've ever seen. Not sure anything will ever beat it

Comes to mind.

Liverpoo had to win by 2 in order to win the head-to-head with Olympiakos and so qualify from the group. They were losing 1-0 on the night, so had to score at least 3. Into the final minutes, now 2-1 up...

Liverpool go on to win the Champions League that season. Rivaldo, of crumpling into a pathetic heap at the corner flag fame, had given Olympi the lead on the night btw.

The truth, however ugly in itself, is always curious and beautiful to seekers after it.

I was at this game and the drama was incredible, young kid scoring the winner in a game we were losing and liverscum was right up our areses in the title race so a very important goal.

Went home to watch wrestlemania with the legendary undertaker vs Shawn Michaels match. This was a really good day.

Apologies, though that's nothing like what was discussed.
